SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST (Permanent)
Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative organization in Niagara Falls, NY, is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to join their ; They are hoping to promote this person into the Director of Finance role quickly!


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Finance Team to develop and implement successful financial strategies, increasing profitability and minimizing risk
  • Analyze financial data to assess success of current processes and procedures, suggesting areas for improvement and providing creative solutions
  • Provide guidance and training to team members when implementing new policies
  • Develop monthly forecasts and annual budgets alongside senior management
  • Create long -term financial plans and present to senior level Finance Team
  • Perform capital expenditure analysis
  • Assist with month-end close processes
  • Create financial reports to present to stakeholders monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Perform new system integration
  • Handle cash and quick reports for Accounts Receivable team
  • Work on ad hoc projects when needed
  • Other duties as assigned/as necessary


Details:
  • Position is full time, standard 40 hours per week (8:00AM-4:00PM), direct hire
  • Position is 100% in-office; hybrid negotiable
  • $85,000 - $103,000 depending on experience, plus bonus

  • Minimum of Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
  • CPA preferred
  • 3-5 years financial planning/analysis experience
  • Excellent accounting and math skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organization skills and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Relocation not available
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
