Your day to day

• Maintaining and repairing of all the electrical,A.C., Plumbing and equipment's in the hotel.
• Checking all the electrical appliances for any electrical leakages and repairing.
• Maintaining of the generator & generator plant room.
• Maintaining of records and log sheets of the equipment and electrical panel boards.
• Informing of Supervisor/Asst. Engineer/Chief Engineer of the defects and parts required
  

for the repairs that need to be carried out.

• Maintaining of issued tools and machinery in good condition.
• Check for any earth leakage of electricity and repairing.
• Periodic check (once a year) that all RCDs/EFRs are functioning properly.
• Carrying out of required services of the generator.
• Assisting the reduction in energy waste and implementation of energy saving plans to the chief engineer.
• Carrying out any task that has been given by the higher management
  

What We Need From You

• Assists Shift Leader and attend all shift duty
• Check public area lights including guests corridors.
• Attend all the repair and maintenance in related area.
• Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation Program
• Ensures that the Plant Room, Workshop and related areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
• Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises including any new additional/extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel.
• Complies with Hotel's Health, Safety and Hygiene policy.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
