About Us

Your day to day

  • Obtains on daily basis addition and deletion status and update the system accordingly.
  • Maintain detailed records of all Assets purchased, write-off, transferred, moved.
  • Maintain separate files for all Assets, projects, write off & in WIP/transit assets.
  • Ensure detailed reconciliation of all Assets in the Assets maintenance system with Total Assets & Depreciation matches with bookkeeping records (Financials )
  • Promptly arrange asset tagging for new assets.
  • Maintain monthly assets inventory & movements & assets verification.
  • Ensure Strict implementation of Fixed assets & depreciation policy No Fin-00024.
  • Ensures appropriate signatures, and receiving stamp with receiving dates appear on all assets purchase invoices.
  • Produce Assets reconciliation and depreciation reports on monthly basis and discuss with the General accountant for all updates.
  • Circulate Annual Assets depreciation schedule and ongoing projects status with all concerned departments.
  • Support finance on other areas assigned by HOD

  • Accounting Knowledge - You must have a sound knowledge of accounts
  • Responsibility - You must be ready to take responsibility independently for area assigned
  • Flexible - You must be flexible toward the job timings, work pressure and additional responsibilities.
  • Information sharing - It is expected to share all information with HOD for effective control .
  • Compliant - To ensure local laws requirement, you have to complete all duties as per SOP & P&P of company.
