Job Description

- Configuring and operating our cloud-based Flight Data Analysis software, Sky Analyst.
- Reviewing and validating Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) and Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) events.
- Preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports and statistical data to identify flight safety and operational trends.
- Providing exceptional customer support.
- Providing customer training (exceptionally, of course).
- Assisting with the development of FRED files.
- Programming FDM/FOQA events and updating trigger limits.
- Assisting with Flight Data Recorder (FDR) reasonableness reports.
