- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a civil supervisor or a similar role in construction, engineering, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of construction plans, specifications and construction practices, including the ability to interpret and analyze blueprints, construction drawings and specifications
- Proven track record in project management of civil-related projects
