Job Description

  • Manage company LMRA system ( Issuance of New Work visa/ Renewal of visa / Cancel work visa ) changes in visa, issuance of Business visas
  • Manage renewal and issuance of CPRs for employees in coordination with company and Govt Authorities and coordinate with Municipality for the issuance of employees address certificate
  • Manage complete activities related to GOSI (Registration/ Termination/ Yearly Salary update / report work injury and Coordinate with GOSI if any discrepancies found in emp data/ invoices
  • Prepare and Manage documentation for employees driving licenses and make appointment online and coordinate with Ministry of Interior until the licenses are issued/renewed.
  • Manage Tamkeen portal which includes registration of employees on Tamkeen system, explore new programs, register and submit company documentation for new programs, follow-up on invoices and payments from Tamkeen
  • Coordinate and Manage activities related to Ministry of Health to seek exemption of yearly healthcare f
  • Manage expat employees passport update process in event of renewal/ change of passport
  • Coordinate and Manage activities related to Ministry of Industry and Commerce to make changes related to company’s CR ( add/ modify ) CR activities as per the request from Management
  • Coordinate and Manage any legal issues that are arises with company ( Police, MOI and Immigration)
  • Manage activities and documentation related to Supreme Council of Environment as per Management requests.
  • Manage and prepare visas (other countries) for company employees as per the instructions
  • Prepare and Manage the flight tickets for company staff

Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience as Govt Relations Officer and excellent dealing skills with Govt authorities in Bahrain
  • Should be punctual to work and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar education
  • 3-4 years of work experience as a Govt Relations officer
  • Knowledge of SharePoint / OneDrive
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Detail-focused and document-organizing abilities
  • A time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks
