Job Description
• Ensure all employees are trained properly in specific areas & functions, setting the training program for all staff with OM and HR
• Prepare the weekly staff schedule each Wednesday
• Twice a year performance review for the full team
• Present succession plan to the OM
• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
• Ensure punctuality and discipline at the store
