We are currently seeking a courteous and attentive Bellman to provide exceptional guest service and elevate the overall experience for our esteemed guests.
As a Bellman, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay with us. From assisting with luggage to providing valuable information and offering support whenever needed, your dedication and attention to detail will make a significant impact on our guests' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Arrival and Departure:
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide assistance to guests during check-in and check-out processes, including delivering luggage to and from guest rooms.
2. Guest Services:
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests, offering recommendations and assistance as needed.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including calling taxis, arranging airport transfers, and providing directions.
3. Luggage Handling:
- Handle guests' luggage carefully and securely, ensuring it is transported to and from guest rooms promptly and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas, ensuring all luggage is properly tagged and accounted for.
4. Security and Safety:
- Monitor the lobby area and entrances to ensure the security and safety of guests and their belongings.
- Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
5. Guest Assistance:
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Provide assistance with special requests, such as arranging for special amenities or services, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front desk agents, concierge, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues to coordinate guest assistance and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bellman or in a similar guest service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and transport luggage safely and comfortably.
- Knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and hotel facilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
