Job Description
Should be well thorough with the internal audit process for manufacturing operations.
• Should be able to do sample testing for compliance, operational & financial audits.
• Preparation and maintenance of internal documents like working papers, and documentation in files.
• Monitoring and verification of stock in the company, ie, stock auditing
• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
• Obtain,analysesand evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
• Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit's results and document process
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
