Job Description

Our client is one of the leaders in the Audiology industry and is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join their growing team. You will develop and manage strong relationships with key hearing care professionals (HCPs) across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, promoting brand awareness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and other HCPs within your assigned territory.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for our portfolio of audiology solutions, including hearing aids, diagnostic equipment, and accessories.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate solutions from our product range.
  • Provide comprehensive product training and educational resources to HCPs, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively use our products.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations in Audiology.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow market share within your territory.
  • Prepare accurate reports and forecasts to track sales performance and identify new business opportunities.
  • Travel occasionally to attend industry events and meet with key customers (depending on local regulations).

About You:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Sales or Account management role within the Medical Device industry, ideally with a focus on Audiology.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Audiology market in the EMEA region, including key players, customer segments, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HCPs and other stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other major European language (French, German, Spanish, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally may be required (depending on local regulations).
