Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten (KG) Teacher (ADEK Approved) Native Speakers ( Preferably with UAE experience and complete/attested documents) for a reputable school in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning implementing and evaluating lesson plans while creating an engaging and nurturing environment for young learners. This role requires patience creativity and the ability to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere in which children can thrive both academically and personally.
Eligibility Criteria :
- (Bachelors degree in Education Specialization) OR ( Teaching Diploma ADEK Bachelors degree)
- ILETS band score of 6 whereas for KG .
- Minimum of 2 years Experience in UAE (American Curriculum)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for children aged 36 years covering subjects such as literacy numeracy social studies and creative arts.
- Foster a safe supportive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor childrens progress and development providing feedback to parents and management.
- Develop and implement activities that encourage creativity critical thinking and social skills.
- Establish clear learning objectives and maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and behaviour.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a wellrounded educational experience.
- Follow the school s policies and procedures to ensure that the classroom operates smoothly and effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Native Speaker of English (preferred).
- Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education Education or a related field (required).
- A teaching qualification such as a PGCE or equivalent certification (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching kindergarten preferably in the UAE.
- Complete and attested documents (degree certifications and teaching credentials) as per UAE requirements.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and teaching techniques.
IELTS 6.5 Required
ADEK Approval ADEK Approval or appointment letter (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with children parents and colleagues.
- Compassionate patient and passionate about early childhood education.
