Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement electrical manufacturing processes.

- Oversee the production of electrical equipment ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Conduct quality checks on electrical products to maintain high standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical manufacturing issues.

- Train and mentor junior staff in electrical equipment production techniques.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- Proven experience in electrical equipment manufacturing.

- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.

- Proficient in using CAD software for designing electrical components.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

- Experience with automation systems in electrical manufacturing.
