Job Summary
Position: Lighting Specialist
Location: Ras Al Khaimah UAE
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install organize and set up technical equipment according to project plans or supervisor instructions.
- Assemble position and secure gear such as fixtures panels cables and support systems.
- Manage and maintain connections and cabling: labeling coiling and checking equipment condition.
- Assist in adjusting setups during rehearsals testing or live operations.
- Identify and help resolve basic technical issues.
- Support the inventory organization and upkeep of equipment and accessories.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clear communication within the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Foundational to intermediate knowledge of professional technical systems (lighting audiovisual or event-related).
- Hands-on experience assembling and disassembling equipment (educational or professional background accepted).
- Team-oriented able to follow detailed instructions and comfortable in high-pressure environments.
- Physically capable of lifting moving and handling equipment.
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of electricity control systems or measurement tools.
- Familiarity with industry concepts (e.g. signal flow system operation or related technical fields).
- Training in audiovisuals electronics electricity or related disciplines.
- Proactive responsible and eager to learn.
