Job Summary

Every creation in our pastry kitchen tells a story of craftsmanship creativity and precision. As a Chef de Partie Pastry your passion and technical skills bring these stories to life delighting our guests and elevating their experience from breakfast service to banquets and special events:

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastry items desserts and plated sweets

  • Support the Pastry Chef in daily pastry operations ensuring consistency in quality taste and presentation

  • Prepare and maintain mise en place efficiently to ensure smooth and timely service

  • Follow established recipes and presentation standards while remaining open to learning new pastry techniques and trends

  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with HACCP and food safety regulations

  • Ensure proper stock rotation and assist in monitoring inventory levels within the pastry section

  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless execution for restaurants banquets and events

  • Take responsibility for your section when delegated and proactively resolve any operational challenges during service

  • Demonstrate initiative in developing your pastry skills and creativity under the guidance of senior chefs

  • Handle guest dietary requirements and special dessert requests with care and attention to detail delivering personalized and memorable experiences


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie or similar role with a strong focus on Pastry and Bakery.
  • Experience in bulk cooking is essential.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of pastry and bakery cooking techniques ingredients and regional specialties.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Fluency in English.
