Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a reputable contracting firm in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation contract management and ensuring project budgets are effectively controlled from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs cost estimates and tender documentation
Conduct site measurements and valuations
Monitor project costs variations and prepare interim/final payment applications
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with contracts and project specifications
Provide cost advice to project teams and management

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
23 years of UAE experience in contracting firms
Strong knowledge of cost control billing and tender processes
Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and QS software
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
