The Sales Coordinator will support the sales and business development team by managing client coordination documentation proposals and internal communication to ensure smooth sales operations.
Coordinate with sales team designers and estimators for proposals
Prepare quotations BOQs presentations and tender documents
Handle client inquiries follow-ups and meeting coordination
Maintain CRM data sales records and client documentation
Assist in contract preparation and approval processes
Track leads project status and payment milestones
Coordinate with procurement and project teams post-order
Support marketing and business development activities
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
25 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably interiors)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and documentation
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
