- Foster long-term relationships by engaging with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Curate and deliver leisure travel experiences tailored to clients expectations and budgets.
- Support clients throughout their entire booking journey from inquiry to trip completion.
- Handle multiple client inquiries and bookings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues vendors and DMCs to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
Skills & Expertise:
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Proficiency in Office 365 at least one GDS system Hotel BedBanks and DMC interactions.
- Comfort with CRM software online booking platforms and virtual client engagement tools.

- Excellent communication interpersonal and listening skills.
- Passion for travel and a desire to learn about new destinations and cultures.
