Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Client-Centric Service:Deliver personalized visa consulting services managing the entire tourist visa application process including electronic document collection online application submissions and follow-up with relevant embassies or consulates.
- Relationship Building:Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support updates and expert advice on tourist visa-related matters.
- Communication & Client Education:Clearly and effectively communicate with clients providing timely updates educating them on the visa process timelines and requirements to ensure they are fully informed at every step.
- Sales Mindset:Approach each client interaction with a sales-driven mindset focused on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional service and always keeping the best interest of the client at the forefront.
- Continuous Improvement:Proactively seek opportunities for continuous process improvement and stay informed of changes in visa regulations and procedures to keep services current and compliant.
- Leverage Technology:To streamline the visa application process utilize digital tools for efficient document management and stay updated with the latest tech advancements to enhance service delivery.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in visa consulting or a related field in an operation &/or sales &/or customer service capacity specifically in tourist visa processing.
- Competent with the array of Microsoft 365 Suite applications (Teams Outlook etc.).
