Requirements
Experience: 5 to 6 years with real estate developers.
Driving License: Valid UAE driving license required.
Work Location: Flexible Working position between Dubai Office and Ajman Sales office depending on work requirements set by the Company.
Network: Strong connections with top managers/owners/CEOs/Sales Directors of brokerage agencies and an extensive database of local and international brokerage agencies (both big and small).
Sales Expertise: Proven record of yearly sales achieved by brokers under the Channel Managers direct responsibility.
Social Skills: Experience in socializing and relationship-building at exhibitions events launches meetings presentations etc.
Presentation Skills: Strong interactive and engaging presentation skills are a must.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce CRM PowerPoint Excel Word and email communication.
Added Value:
Local Market Experience: Candidates with strong experience in the UAE & GCC local market previously working with real estate developers as Channel Manager BD Manager or Relationship Manager.
International Market Experience: Candidates with strong experience in international markets previously working with real estate developers international sales departments in similar roles.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Personality: Charming friendly and persuasive candidates with strong personalities.
Languages: English is mandatory. Additional languages such as Arabic French German/Austrian Hindi/Urdu Iranian Ukrainian Russian etc. are a plus.
Visa Eligibility: Candidates should have no issues obtaining visas for the US UK Schengen etc.
