Role Overview:
Orbit ISS is looking for an experienced QC Inspector (Insulation) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure all insulation works meet project specifications industry standards and client requirements across Oil & Gas and Energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect insulation materials application methods cladding and weatherproofing
- Verify compliance with drawings ITPs and technical specifications
- Monitor insulation for piping equipment tanks and HVAC ducting
- Identify and report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions
- Coordinate with Construction QC Engineering and Client/Third-Party Inspectors
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 35 years QC experience in insulation (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical preferred)
- Strong understanding of insulation materials (Mineral Wool PIR Foam Glass etc.)
- Ability to read drawings isometrics and technical documents
- Good communication and reporting skills
