Role Overview:

Orbit ISS is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer Commissioning (HVAC) to lead and manage all HVAC commissioning and completion activities across various oil & gas and marine projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safe efficient and quality project execution in line with budget and schedule targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan coordinate and execute HVAC commissioning and completion activities.
Develop commissioning procedures schedules and system/sub-system boundaries.
Liaise with clients vendors subcontractors and project teams for smooth execution.
Manage documentation for Mechanical Completion Pre-commissioning and Commissioning.
Monitor progress close punch lists and oversee warranty activities.
Ensure strict adherence to safety quality and environmental standards (PTW & LOTO systems).
Lead and mentor commissioning teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering (Masters preferred).
810 years of experience in HVAC systems design and commissioning preferably in oil & gas or marine projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC design equipment selection and system testing.
Proficient in Carrier HAP WinPCS PIMS or similar project completion tools.
Excellent leadership coordination and communication skills.
