Cluster Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Enthusiastic about connecting fostering strong relationships and collaborating with people As a Cluster Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for handling the administrative tasks within the department and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
What you will be doing:
- Assist the Department in managing accounts within the markets.
- Prepare proposals contracts and official correspondence for clients and partners.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information booking details and activity logs.
- Coordinate site inspections familiarization trips and client visits for partners.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales team and hotels to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
- Support the preparation of presentations reports and market analyses.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing scheduling travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries requests for information and general correspondence.
- Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with travel trade partners tour operators and corporate clients in the region.
- Follow up on pending proposals contracts and payments to ensure timely closure.
- Assist in the preparation and participation of trade shows exhibitions and roadshows related to the markets.
- Track and report monthly sales activities revenues and market trends.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales coordination preferably in hospitality tourism or luxury travel.
- Strong knowledge of the CIS markets and travel trends is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Russian language proficiency highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude team-oriented and client-focused mindset.
