Job Description :
AI/ML Engineer o GenAI/ML Specific (Mandatory): Deep understanding of LLMs (e.g. GPTs Llama Claude Gemini Qwen Mistral BERTfamily models) and their architectures (Transformers); expertlevel prompt engineering skills; proven experience implementing RAG patterns; experience with finetuning and distillation techniques and evaluation; familiarity with vector and graph databases (e.g. Weaviate Neo4j); understanding of GenAI evaluation metrics (e.g. BLEU ROUGE perplexity semantic similarity human evaluation). o Programming (Mandatory): High proficiency in Python and standard AI/ML libraries (e.g. LangChain LlamaIndex LangGraph LangSmith Hugging Face Transformers Scikitlearn PyTorch/TensorFlow). o Cloud (Mandatory): Experience using managed AI/ML services on the target cloud platform (e.g. Azure Machine Learning Studio AI Foundry). o Data Handling (Desired): Experience working with both structured and unstructured data. o MLOps (Desired): Familiarity with experiment tracking (e.g. MLflow) model versioning and monitoring concepts.
