Job Overview: Experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing

Coordinator with over 5 years of handson experience to support our growing operations across the UAE and wider region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating daytoday sales activities supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment between departments for smooth execution.

This position requires a confident and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities communicate effectively and bring creative energy into both sales and marketing functions. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and collaborating closely with Regional and Area Sales Managers Estimation teams and external marketing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Regional and Area Sales Managers to support daytoday sales operations.
Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with the Estimation team to ensure timely submissions.
Maintain updated enquiry logs and sales registers.
Track rental utilization and prepare relevant forecasts.
Assist in preparing sales performance reports forecasts and summaries for management.
Support the creation of marketing materials and the execution of digital and social media campaigns.
Coordinate with external marketing partners for campaign implementation.
Assist in planning and organizing exhibitions trade shows and other marketing events.

Key Qualities & Skills:

Minimum 35 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing coordination role (construction or industrial sector experience is a plus).
Confident selfdriven and highly organized.
Strong communication skills (English verbal & written).
Detailoriented with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
Knowledge of technical writing SEO or SMO is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools.
UAE driving license is preferred
