Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator
Location: Sharjah UAE
Industry: Building Material Manufacturing
Our client a wellestablished building material manufacturer in Sharjah is currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Sales Administrator to join their dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations excellent customer service and accurate documentation for both credit and noncredit customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage detailed sales quotes using the CRM system.
-
Maintain organized and accurate records of customer files and concrete booking orders.
-
Compile and prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports and presentations.
-
Handle all aspects of cash sales including inward and outward payments ensuring precise documentation.
-
Issue monthly electronic invoices and Statements of Accounts (SOAs).
-
Follow up systematically with customers on outstanding payments and provide updates to the sales team.
-
Support internal control processes and ensure compliance with the companys minimum control standards (MCS).
-
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system including new customer/job site creations and pricing trackers.
-
Assist the sales team with daily activities and coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
-
Participate actively in health safety and environmental management programs.
-
Ensure compliance with competition law antibribery regulations and the companys code of business conduct.
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field.
-
25 years of relevant experience in the UAE preferably within the building materials sector.

Strong analytical reporting and problemsolving skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
-
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Ability to multitask manage time effectively and thrive in a fastpaced setting.
