You will be responsible for designing and implementing store layouts displays and visual merchandising to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement store layouts and visual merchandising displays that align with brand guidelines and drive sales
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual content for use in-store displays and marketing materials
- Manage and maintain inventory levels for visual merchandising props and materials
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising displays are up-to-date and meet the brand standards
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions on merchandising strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in visual merchandising to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual displays.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- All other related duties assigned by the management
Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in interior design visual merchandising or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising preferably in the retail and fashion industry.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent interior design skills including the ability to create effective store layouts and displays.
- Strong visual merchandising skills including the ability to design and create compelling displays that attract and engage customers
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising software tools and technologies.
