Role objective :
Lead the development of marketing strategies and content creation to support corporate and sales growth. Drive both internal and external marketing initiatives aimed at achieving business growth objectives while enhancing the organizations digital presence and brand image through strategic programs promotional campaigns and public relations. This role requires effective team collaboration as well as close coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to design and execute customized marketing strategies for various stakeholder groups.
Develop implement and manage comprehensive communication programsboth internal and externalto effectively promote the organization and its products.
Foster robust relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
Formulate and deploy digital campaigns across major platforms including paid search (Google Ads Microsoft Ads) paid social channels (Facebook LinkedIn Pinterest YouTube) display advertising (programmatic retargeting) SEO and additional digital methods.
Leverage brand awareness and customer acquisition platforms effectively throughout every stage of the marketing funnel.
Seamlessly integrate public relations with social media activities.
Supervise multiagency collaborations for content development by providing creative direction and ensuring the production of engaging highquality content.
Oversee the endtoend creation of marketing materials ensuring a consistent tone vision and aesthetic.
Develop and execute integrated 360degree marketing campaigns to attract new customers and foster repeat business.
Lead the marketing team including graphic designers manage the overall marketing budget and ensure that all initiatives are performancedriven and goaloriented.
Coordinate special events and manage projectbased marketing initiatives.
Oversee the development and management of the marketing and media budget along with the organizations digital assets such as the website and social media channels.
Establish and maintain effective media relationships at both local and national levels to secure broadspectrum coverage.
Requisite Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or Business or equivalent
professional qualification. Experience in all aspects of Marketing.
Experience Requirement:
At least 8 years of experience of which 4 yrs in a position assuming similar responsibilities.
Skill Sets:
Technical marketing skills
Passion for understanding customer acquisition
Savvy with all digital/social platforms
Ability to effectively manage temporary and onsite support staff
Experience managing and maintaining a budget
Agility to problem solve and work effectively under pressure
Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Collaborative in nature with a no job is too small attitude to assist with overall Marketing duties
