- Assist the Pastry In Charge Chef in the preparation of pastries desserts and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
- Execute pastry production tasks including mixing baking decorating and plating.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality in the preparation and presentation of pastries.
- Monitor and manage inventory of pastry ingredients including proper storage and rotation of stock.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment; adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintain proper personal appearance.
- Checking and refilling the buffet items.
- Pay attention to the safety security and energysaving rules.
- To avoid wastage of food items.
