Mall Manager

- Responsible for all aspects of operations of Mall, Staff & Clients, Budgeting & Financial Management, Planning, Organizing and directing all Hotel services.

- Accountable for the overall P&L and B/S, of Mall.

- Upon maturity, focus on revenue capacity achievement through realizing optimal tenant mix.

- Ensure acceptance as a frequent visit mall for residents.

- Necessitates planning, co-coordination and control of all aspects of shopping mall management, strategies and activities.

- Effective relationships across tenants, landlord, customers, cross-functional staff, 3rd party vendors and operators, broader community, regulatory agencies and bodies to enhance asset credibility, utilization and value proposition.
