Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with a strong a la carte background to join our vibrant kitchen team. In this role you will create highquality dishes contribute to menu development and manage kitchen operations. You will also mentor junior staff ensuring food safety standards and efficient kitchen performance in a fastpaced highstandard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare highquality dishes across various kitchen sections with a strong focus on a la carte buffet larder miseenplace room service and banquets.
- Ensure food safety cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items to enhance the guest dining experience.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff offering guidance and training.
- Apply diverse cooking styles and techniques to deliver exceptional dishes.
- Foster strong communication and coordination within the kitchen brigade.
