Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a very skilled Plumber Technician for one our construction company in Al Ain.A Skilled Plumber Technician is responsible for installing repairing and maintaining plumbing systems in residential commercial and industrial buildings. The role involves diagnosing plumbing issues fixing leaks installing pipes fixtures and appliances and ensuring the plumbing systems are functioning safely and efficiently. A skilled plumber must have extensive knowledge of plumbing codes systems and techniques along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of Plumbing Systems:
- Install new plumbing systems including pipes fixtures and appliances (e.g. sinks toilets water heaters).
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and local plumbing codes.

- Perform routine maintenance to keep plumbing systems functioning properly including cleaning drains checking water pressure and inspecting pipes.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks clogs low water pressure and faulty plumbing fixtures.

- Use specialized tools and techniques (e.g. pressure gauges pipe cameras) to identify plumbing problems.
- Solve complex plumbing issues and offer costeffective solutions for repairs or replacements.

Inspection:
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to ensure they meet safety and code standards.
- Advise clients on potential plumbing issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.

Customer Interaction:
- Communicate with customers to explain plumbing issues solutions and estimated costs for repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns or questions.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of services provided including detailed notes on repairs maintenance and installations.
- Generate invoices for services rendered and ensure that all work is documented for billing purposes.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an apprenticeship or technical training program in plumbing is preferred.
- Plumbing certifications and licensing may be required (depending on location).

- Previous experience as a plumber or plumbing technician is often required.
- Experience working with residential commercial and industrial plumbing systems.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy tools and plumbing materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working in confined spaces at heights or in challenging environments.

- Location: Residential homes commercial buildings industrial facilities construction sites or clients properties.
- Hours: Fulltime with occasional overtime or emergency callouts required.
- Work Environment: Plumbing technicians may work indoors or outdoors in varying conditions. Some tasks may require working in confined or difficulttoreach areas.
