Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for marketing. In this role you will be responsible for promoting our insurance products and services developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling networking and other sales techniques Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our insurance products and services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Keep accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance on a regular basis Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the insurance industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and selling skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Must be fluent in English Arabic is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary and commission structure Health insurance Annual leave and public holidays Professional development opportunities Dynamic and supportive work environment If you are a driven and resultsoriented individual with a passion for sales and marketing we would love to hear from you.
