Job Description

Permanent Position: Dealer Acquisition Executive Company Overview: Freelancerprox is a leading provider of freelance services in the United Arab Emirates. Our platform connects businesses with skilled freelancers in various fields providing them with highquality services at competitive rates. We are currently expanding our operations in Ajman and are looking for a Dealer Acquisition Executive to join our team. Job Overview: As a Dealer Acquisition Executive you will be responsible for acquiring new dealers for our platform in Ajman. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential dealers negotiating contracts and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new dealers. This is a fulltime permanent position based in Ajman. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential dealers in Ajman through market research and networking Reach out to potential dealers through various channels including cold calling email and social media Build and maintain relationships with potential dealers understanding their needs and offering solutions to meet their requirements Negotiate contracts and terms with potential dealers ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential dealers highlighting the benefits and features of our platform Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for acquiring new dealers and increasing sales Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new dealers providing them with necessary training and support Keep track of market trends and competitors activities providing insights and recommendations to improve our dealer acquisition strategies Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for dealer acquisition and sales Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in the freelance or service industry Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients or customers Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Selfmotivated and resultsdriven Knowledge of the Ajman market and its business landscape is a plus Fluency in English and Arabic is required Benefits: Competitive salary package Performancebased incentives and bonuses Health insurance coverage Professional development opportunities Dynamic and collaborative work environment If you are a motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and business development we would love to hear from you.
