Job Description
Ensure compliance with all local federal and industryspecific regulations related to building and facility safety.
Obtain and manage permits for new and existing factories and facilities.
Collaborate with relevant authorities to secure timely approvals for construction and renovation projects.
Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with contractors architects and project teams to align building designs with compliance standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of permits inspection reports and regulatory correspondence.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline permitting and compliance processes.
Monitor changes in UAE construction regulations and update internal practices accordingly.
Assist in facility expansion projects by providing technical guidance on structural integrity and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with at least 3 years in the UAE.
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes regulations and permit acquisition processes.
Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with external authorities and internal teams.
Arabic is must.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business excellence, performance management, or process improvement. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in sustainability and familiarity with corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices. Arabic Language is must.
