Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Engineer Safety Compliance (Water & Power) for a leading organization in the energy sector. The role focuses on ensuring operations meet safety regulations conducting audits and improving safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain safety compliance programs.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Improve safety policies risk assessments and procedures.
- Communicate and implement safety requirements across the company.
- Train employees on safety practices and compliance.
- Prepare incident reports and ensure timely reporting.
- Identify opportunities for improving safety measures.
- Maintain records of safety audits inspections and training.
- Ensure performance aligns with company goals and safety standards.
- Support Emiratization initiatives and employee training programs.
- Supervise and guide employees in safetyrelated tasks.
- Develop and improve safetyrelated policies and procedures.
- Promote innovation sustainability and compliance with excellence standards.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering Environmental Science Safety Management or a related field.
- Experience:
- With a Bachelor s degree: 4 to 8 years of experience in safety compliance.
- With a Master s degree: 2 to 4 years of experience in safety compliance.
- With a Bachelor s degree: 4 to 8 years of experience in safety compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in safety management tools.
- Analytical problemsolving and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and training abilities.
Language Requirements:
- English: Required
- Arabic: Required
