Job Description
We are looking for a Manager Operations and Maintenance Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for all our O&M activities. You ll coordinate with various teams ensure efficient resource use and keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage schedules for O&M tasks.
- Coordinate with departments to align schedules with operational needs.
- Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Track and monitor schedule performance addressing any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules and completed tasks.
- Communicate scheduling plans and updates with teams.
- Use software tools (e.g. CMMS ERP systems) for scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate scheduling risks.
- Improve scheduling processes and practices.
- Oversee special project schedules.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity you need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering Operations Management or related field. Master s degree preferred.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in O&M scheduling or a related field with managerial experience.
- Strong project management analytical communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of scheduling methodologies regulations and safety standards.
