Job Description
Job Title: TIG Welder
Location: Sharjah United Arab Emirates
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary:45000 RS per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Sharjah UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding ensuring precision and highquality workmanship for metal fabrication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding operations on stainless steel aluminum and other metals as per project requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and welding specifications.
- Set up and operate TIG welding machines ensuring proper gas flow amperage and electrode positioning.
- Inspect welds to ensure adherence to quality standards tolerances and safety regulations.
- Conduct prewelding and postwelding processes such as cleaning grinding and polishing weld joints.
- Repair defective welds and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure continuous operations.
- Collaborate with team members supervisors and engineers to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain welding equipment ensuring cleanliness functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Follow workplace safety regulations including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification or diploma in welding is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in TIG welding.
Skills Required
- Expertise in TIG welding techniques for stainless steel aluminum and other metals.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and specifications.
- Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and handeye coordination.
- Ability to operate welding equipment and tools efficiently.
- Problemsolving skills to address welding defects and equipment malfunctions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members.
