Dermatologist Specialist - Al Ain

We are seeking a highly skilled Dermatologist Specialist to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of dermatology with expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions. You will be responsible for delivering advanced dermatologic care performing procedures and educating patients on maintaining healthy skin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Assessment: Diagnose and treat skin disorders including acne eczema psoriasis skin infections and other dermatological conditions.
  
• Procedures: Perform a variety of dermatological procedures such as mole removal biopsies laser treatments cryotherapy and other minor surgeries.
  
• Patient Consultation: Provide detailed consultations discussing diagnoses treatment options and care plans with patients.
  
• Cosmetic Dermatology: Offer cosmetic dermatology services such as Botox fillers laser therapy and skin rejuvenation treatments.
  
• Preventative Care: Advise patients on skincare routines sun protection and lifestyle changes to improve and maintain skin health.
  
• Patient Education: Educate patients on the prevention management and treatment of skin diseases.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records ensuring compliance with medical regulations and confidentiality.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with other medical specialists to provide comprehensive patient care and facilitate referrals when necessary.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent): Recognized by the UAE Health Authority (HAAD/DHA/MOH).
  
• Specialization in Dermatology: Board certification or equivalent qualification in Dermatology.
  
• Experience: At least 45 years of postgraduate experience in dermatology with a focus on both medical and cosmetic dermatology.
  
• Licensing: Valid and current license to practice in the UAE (HAAD/DHA/MOH) or eligibility to obtain a UAE medical license.
  
• Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  
• PatientCentered Approach: Ability to establish rapport with patients and deliver personalized care.
  
• Attention to Detail: Strong diagnostic and procedural skills with attention to detail.
  
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in UAE Healthcare System: Previous experience working in the UAE healthcare sector is an advantage.
  
• Cosmetic Dermatology Expertise: Experience in cosmetic dermatology treatments (Botox fillers laser etc.) is preferred.
  
• Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
