Job Description
We are looking for a talented Paid Ads Specialist to join the clients marketing team and help us reach new heights through datadriven ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop execute and optimize cuttingedge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
- Work crossdepartmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Define measure and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the daytoday execution of paid media.
- Oversee and manage the overall budget for paid media.
- Conduct indepth keyword and website research ad grouping and audience targeting.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
- Plan execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and more.
- Monitor campaign performance and metrics (CPC CPA CTR etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
- Perform A/B testing and adjust campaigns for continuous optimization.
- Manage advertising budgets and provide accurate forecasts and reporting on performance.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paid Ad Specialist or similar role with expertise in Google Ads Facebook Ads and other major ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing conversion and online customer acquisition.
- Handson experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics Facebook Business Manager etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills and a resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree in Marketing Advertising or a related field is preferred.
- Willing to relocate to AlAin
