Position Overview: As the Operations Manager for Water and Wastewater Industries at Gulf Water Treatment Co. Ltd. you will be responsible for overseeing the planning coordination and execution of operations related to water and wastewater management. This role demands a dynamic professional with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities focused on optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will manage multidisciplinary teams monitor project timelines and budgets and maintain high standards of quality and safety. - Project Planning & Control: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans and ensure the effective monitoring and control of project activities.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage teams across departments such as Production Installation Operations Maintenance and Projects ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Financial Oversight: Utilize financial data to drive profitability oversee operational budgets and design strategies to optimize project finances.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to contribute to the company s strategic objectives. Assist in the formulation of strategic operational plans and manage their implementation.
- Operational Coordination: Improve the efficiency of support functions like IT HR and Finance by fostering seamless communication and coordination.
- Risk Management: Oversee and ensure compliance with organizational policies including health and safety regulations and ensure all tasks are assigned and reviewed.
- Project Management & Review: Organize and lead project management meetings review the progress of ongoing projects and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Daily Oversight & Reporting: Oversee daytoday activities analyze performance metrics and compile comprehensive reports for senior management on project progress and potential areas for improvement.
- Project Requirements & Structure: Ensure project requirements are effectively gathered and analyzed establish the project management structure and lead teams of specialists.
