Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Develop user personas and user journey maps to enrich the proposed system designs.
- Create wireframes storyboards process flows and prototypes that illustrate design concepts.
- Develop highlevel attractive designs and interactive prototypes using tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe XD and ensure designs align with the overall user experience strategy and UoS brand guidelines.
- Design graphic user interface elements like menus tabs icons posters and widgets.
- Work closely with developers and other colleges and departments to understand system requirements to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to validate design decisions. Identify areas for improvement and analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest UX design trends tools and best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience of our products.
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Multimedia Engineering or related field.
- 4 years of experience in UX UI Design.
- Experience with frontend development and design
Required Skills
- Practical experience in multimedia presentation graphic design interface design and information architecture
- Advanced experience in HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience in maintaining website applications and content management system based.
- Strong customer service skills and sound Interpersonal skills
- Excellent conceptual and analytical problemsolving abilities and solid written and verbal communication skills.
