Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, Project Managers and report to the Project Director.
  • Managing the delivery of the Project and supporting the Employer to resolve any issues that may impact the Cost, Time and Quality.
  • Supervise Consultants, Contractors and Project Managers.
  • Attend meetings with the Consultants, Contractors, Authorities, Utilities Providers and any other relevant Stakeholder.
  • Review Technical, Commercial and Planning Contractor Submittals and provide your approval / endorsement accordingly.
  • Provide solutions to any of the Projects’ issues that may be detrimental to the Cost, Time and Quality.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in relevant works, i.e. Mixed used buildings, commercial, residential building Projects.
  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any other relevant Engineering disciplines
  • Well versed in Project Management principles.
  • Fluent English language written and spoken, preferably knowledge of Arabic
