Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to manage the efficient operations of their automotive workshop in AlAin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team where you will oversee the workflow and ensure that high standards of service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the workshop.
- Assign tasks to technicians ensuring efficient use of skills and time.
- Monitor job progress to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Act as a liaison between service advisors technicians and the parts department.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any workflow issues or delays.
- Maintain productivity and ensure workshop targets are met.
- Communicate job updates to the service team and customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar role in the automotive sector.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Technical understanding of automotive repairs and service procedures.
- Proficiency in workshop management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
