Job Description

Who we are:

Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978 Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management Hospitality General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction Mining Oil and Gas industries.

We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Sales Executives Engineer with proven sales track records in UAE heavy machinery.

Job Duties:

  • Implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Address client inquiries resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the product development marketing and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineer preferable or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in heavy machinery specially (Used).
  • Indepth knowledge of the Used heavy machinery market and industry trends irrelevant to earthmoving equipment and cranes.

Other Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
