Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in the facility management industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of integrated project delivery methods and experience in managing big teams with different backgrounds.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools. Innovative tools and computational design knowledge
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and their application in building access and maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong confidence in commercial, bidding, and negotiation skills.
