Logistics Coordinator - UAE National - Aesthetic Device Supplier

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation Management: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods including scheduling shipments selecting carriers and negotiating rates.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available manage stock rotations and coordinate with warehouse staff for inventory management.
• Order Processing: Process and track orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates on delivery status.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as bills of lading packing lists and invoices. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for carriers suppliers and customers. Resolve any issues related to delays damages or discrepancies in shipments.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: AED8000.00 AED10000.00 per month
