Sales Promoter - Cosmetics and Fashion Products

Actively engage with customers in retail settings to introduce and promote the cosmetic products including skincare and makeupitems.

• Demonstrate Product Benefits: Provide live demonstrations of products explaining their benefits and how they meet the specific beauty needs of customers.
  
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Max Glow products.
  
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Max Glow products promotions and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  
• Feedback and Reporting: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to improve products and sales strategies.
  
• Merchandising: Ensure that Max Glow products are welldisplayed stocked and organized in retail locations to attract customer attention.
  
• Event Participation: Participate in brand events product launches and promotional activities to further enhance brand visibility and sales.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Promoter or similar role in the cosmetics industry.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Passion for beauty and skincare products.
  
• Ability to engage and persuade customers.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  
• Fluent in English Hindi & Urdu knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  
• A positive and outgoing personality with a customerfocused attitude.
