ASC Head

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of quality control systems and processes.
• Lead and manage a team of QA/QC professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformities in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and overall quality.
• Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the flexible packaging industry.
• Proven experience in a QA/QC leadership role within the packaging industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Industry experience is mandatory however, UAE experience is not mandatory.
