Must Have:
- Experience in web application/web services development with ASP.NET Core , .NET Core
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Good Experience with Database Fundamentals in Oracle 12c,SQL Server 2008 and MS SQL programming
- Preferred Experience in Hand held device application, third party API integration.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience using React, React-Native.
- User Interface Development with JavaScript, Type Script, SASS
- Hands on experience on Android, iOS platforms in creating Native applications
- Experience using 3rd party APIs (Facebook, Twitter, Google Maps, etc.)
- Apps in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Ability to implement designs and functionality provided by UI/UX designers
- Use of Management tools including Bitbucket (GIT), Jira.
Title- Head of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities: Experience in IT Service Sales Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets Define the approach for selling new business and account retention overall. Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities. Investigate factors impacting sales performance. Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts. Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products. Qualifications: A bachelor s degree preferably in marketing and Sales Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department Proficiency in presentation, demonstration, proposals, and documentation, including PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
