Job Description

Vehicle off loading; verifying the vehicle: Inspect vehicles and products for any defects damages or discrepancies during offloading. Verify physical VIN Numbers on the vehicle & crosscheck if this is matching with the VIN no mentioned on the vehicle crate labels. Ensure that all issues are documented and communicated to the reporting manager. Email the signed receipt acknowledgement of every shipment to the stock controller.

Warehouse Space Management: Ensure the workshop area is clean and tools are properly arranged. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to enhance efficiency and safety. Ensure the vehicles are kept in an organized manner placing them in the designated locations and to maintain the same in the excel box file. Place scrap parts from Fujairah and other branches in the designated area ensuring each box is labeled with the corresponding branch name and securely closed. Maintain a record of uncollected vehicles received from branches and ensure their security.

PDI Process: Ensure readytogo vehicle quantities are maintained according to the latest showroom instructions. Conduct routine checkups to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained PDI maintenance check sheet is placed and updated in each and every open/ready vehicles. Ensure the PDI display TV is always updated with the PDI dashboard Conduct monthly technicians tools inventory & report if any tools get damaged/missing When needed participate in the PDI preparation process to ensure all products meet quality standards and provide the technician with the proper PDI instruction manual & PDI check sheets. Physical assistance to the technician when required. Prepare and submit vehicle service reports as required. Perform a final QC to ensure all vehicles and products meet quality standards after job completion and also a verification check before delivery. In case of any business requirement you will need to support the aftersales business with administrative and customer service tasks. Birth certificate should be maintained for each vehicle & send to the respective branches when requested. Any damages on the vehicle should be communicated to the sales executive & it should be documented through email to avoid future issues. Take pictures of vehicles and damaged parts for warranty claim processes ensure that all necessary photographic documentation is clear and comprehensive. Update the warranty Google sheet with details of the damages order the necessary parts and follow up with the parts department until the vehicle is fixed. If a vehicle is sold without fixing contact the branch service advisor to arrange for the customer to have the part installed and the corresponding WIP is completely cleared. Arrange and coordinate with recovery for the flawless logistic movements. Have a daily briefing with the technician for the following day vehicle requirements & structure a proper load plan with the team for the agreed schedule. Prearrangement of vehicles to the technician bay to increase the technicians time utilization. Update the system with accurate records of the daily delivered vehicles. Vehicle should be delivered with below mandatory document: 1. PDI check sheet 2. Vehicle Delivery note 3. PDI Invoice 4. Vehicle request form.

Pay: AED3500.00 AED4000.00 per month
